Thomas S. Petcoff –
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Petcoff was a Co-Founder of Summit Consulting, Inc. in 1978. He
formed Florida Retail Federation Self Insurers Fund, which began
operations January 1, 1979. Mr. Petcoff is President Emeritus of Summit
Consulting, Inc. and a current member of the Board of Trustees of the
Florida Retail Federation Self Insurers Fund.
John Hanselman –
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Mr. Hanselman is President and CFO of Network Synergy, Inc. He served
as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for the Liberty Mutual Group in
Boston. He was also Chief Financial Officer for Summit Holding Southeast,
and Senior Vice President, General Manager for Liberty Mutual’s Southern
Region Personal Lines.
Charles Wintz, CPA –
Director
Mr. Wintz has been a member of the Board of Trustees of The Fund and a
member of the Board of Directors of BFIC since its inception. His
27-years of experience in the management of the program and his work as a
CPA for other self insurer funds provide unique insights into the growth
management of workers’ compensation insurance entities.
Nis H. Nissen –
Secretary
Mr. Nissen has been a member of the Board of Trustees of The Fund
since 1979. He is President and Founder of Nissen Advertising, Inc. and
past Chairman of the Board of Florida First Bank.
William Kundrat –
Director
Mr. Kundrat has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The
Fund since 1981. He is past President of the Florida Retail Federation
and former Director of Travel and Tourism for the State of New Mexico.
George Sandefer –
Director
Mr. Sandefer has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of
The Fund since 1979. Mr. Sandefer was President of Rutherford’s Jewelers
prior to his retirement. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the
Florida Retail Federation and numerous other business and civic
organizations.
